Rooted in Community Care

Together, we're ensuring that community care takes root and flourishes. Like in the garden, there's a variety of seeds that are waiting to be planted, and each helps nourish our environment in a unique and meaningful way. What seeds of change will you plant this month?

  • Start a monthly donation
  • Seed change with a year-end gift
  • Host a fund drive
  • Sign up to volunteer

Thank you for joining us in planting seeds of care. Together, we're shifting the landscape as every seed of care takes root and blooms, providing consistent support and choice with dignity to our neighbors.
