GivingTuesday is December 2nd

Join us on December 2nd for GivingTuesday! This year, we've set a goal to raise $150,000 as we embrace the spirit of generosity that powers our food bank.

This GivingTuesday is about reinforcing our resources during a time when the gaps in our safety net are only widening. Will you join us in planting seeds of care?

Seattle's 16th Annual Cranksgiving

Seattle's annual Cranksgiving event is happening this Saturday, November 22nd! Cranksgiving is a food drive scavenger hunt by bike where riders form teams, collect grocery items, and deliver them to several food banks in Seattle, including ours! All you need is a bike, a bag, and a lock. To learn more and RSVP, visit cascade.org/cranksgiving.

Upcoming Holiday Closures

Our food bank will be closed on November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving and our regular hours will resume on Monday, December 1st. Wishing everyone a safe and restful holiday weekend!

While the food bank may be closed on Thanksgiving Day, there are so many places to gather in the community with your neighbors and family while sharing a free meal this Thanksgiving. Explore various options on our blog to find the right fit for your family.
